Orthopaedic Consultation

The purpose of orthopaedic consultation is to diagnose the patient and agree on the treatment plan that is going to be implemented in cooperation with the patient and medical specialists.

Orthopaedic consultation includes following:

  • discussion with the patient, recording of medical history;
  • examination, diagnostics and treatment plan, diagnosing;
  • counselling on preservation and improvement of health;
  • counselling on organising work and personal life regarding the treatment;
  • proposing medication and prescription;
  • filling relevant medical documentation;
  • carrying out simple procedures like injections, binding, etc.
  • some laboratory analyses;
  • other activities that are relevant in the course of consultation.
